Spider-Man 2, Alan Wake 2, and More Face Off for Gaming's Top Honors

While it missed out on top honors at The Game Awards, Insomniac Games’ web-slinging sequel, Spider-Man 2, is swinging back into the spotlight with a whopping nine nominations at the upcoming DICE Awards.

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) announced the nominees on January 10th, with Spider-Man 2 taking the lead ahead of fellow critically acclaimed titles Alan Wake 2 (8 nominations) and Baldur’s Gate 3 (7 nominations).

Joining these heavyweights in the coveted Game of the Year category is the enchanting indie adventure COCOON and the highly anticipated open-world epic The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
